- Haven was Founded in 2010 as an early entrant in the Single-Family Rental (SFR) sector where it has owned and / or operated 10,000 homes across the U.S.Haven was solely focused on the SFR sector until 2015 when it launched a multifamily platform in several of its existing markets.
- Since 2015, Haven has acquired and asset managed thousands of apartment units across multiple MSAs.
- Haven’s unique experience in SFR and Multifamily enabled it to identify the Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector as an attractive investment opportunity. Haven believes that the BTR sector blends the best of the SFR and Multifamily into one location.
- Haven now controls over $1 billion in BTR Communities that are in various phases of development, vertical construction, stabilization, and on-going ownership.
