Sudha Reddy has over 21 years of real estate and general finance experience, from investment banking to principal-level real estate ownership and management. Sudha oversees all aspects of the firm investments and operations.

Sudha founded Haven in 2010 and has overseen its growth from a local SFR operator to a national real estate investment firm focused on the US residential sector with investments in the single-family rental, multifamily, and manufactured housing sectors. Sudha has been instrumental in attracting capital to Haven’s platform from a broad array of investor groups including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions. Notable investors include JP Morgan Asset Management, Apollo Global Management, Carlyle, Walton Street Capital, Centersquare Investment Management, amongst others. Haven currently has over $1 billion in housing assets in different phases of development, vertical construction, leasing, and long-term ownership.

Sudha began his career as an Equity Research Associate at CIBC World Markets and transitioned to a role at Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management, working on a team that actively managed over $9 billion for high-net-worth families, foundations, and institutions.

Sudha holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC, a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the School of Policy, Planning and Development at USC and a BA in Psychology from Yale University.

Chris Turitto has over 21 years of experience in real estate investment, development and capital markets spanning multiple commercial asset classes including multi-family, single-family rental, office and hospitality. Chris leads all acquisitions and investments and has been involved in the acquisition of more than $1.5 billion of single-family, build-to-rent and multifamily rental properties. 

Prior to joining Haven Realty Capital, Chris served as Vice President at The Prime Group, a commercial development firm based in Chicago. While at Prime, Chris oversaw the $395 million redevelopment of an 800,000 square foot historic landmark building in Chicago’s Central Business District into a JW Marriott hotel. Chris began his real estate career in the National Property Operations group at Equity Office Properties (EOP). There he conducted market research and oversaw financial performance of EOP’s national parking garage portfolio. After being promoted to the Investments group, Chris executed over $400 million in acquisitions and dispositions for properties located in the Midwest and West Coast regions. 

Prior to his time at EOP, Chris was an analyst in the Debt Capital Markets group at HSBC Securities in New York. 

Chris holds a BA in History from Yale University.

Nick Genesta has over 19 years of experience across real estate asset management, finance and accounting. Nick leads all asset management and accounting functions.

Prior to joining Haven Realty Capital, Nicholas Genesta was a Senior Vice President at the Bascom Group, a multifamily apartment operator specializing in opportunistic and value-added investments across the United States. While at Bascom, Nick managed the annual financial audits for over 50 entities as well as the completion of Federal, State and Franchise tax returns for over 200 legal entities in the portfolio. Nick was also the primary administrator for all banking operations at the property and JV levels and developed many of the internal portfolio reporting processes.

In addition, Nick was instrumental in financial modeling and deal underwriting and played a key role in overseeing complex loan modifications, restructurings, refinancing and strategic dispositions during the market downturn. Nick’s prior experience also includes project management oversight on the renovations of over 80 properties valued in excess of $2 billion. 

Nick holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.

Richard Bunch has over 43 years of residential and commercial project management experience across home building, development, construction and SFR renovation. Richard leads all aspects of Haven’s portfolio operations activities including development, construction, value-add renovations, unit turns and ongoing property maintenance and management.

Richard began his career at a privately held design-build construction firm, beginning in the field and ultimately being promoted to various project management roles. After developing his skills, Richard founded a custom home building company which he grew and operated for 10 years.

Following his entrepreneurial endeavors, Richard worked as the Manager of Site Development for a midsized move-up production home builder and later helped start the Los Angeles division of a large regional production builder. In addition to his construction and project management experience, Richard is also well versed in performing project level due diligence, product value engineering and land entitlement. 

Richard has been a licensed general contractor for 22 years.

Arjun Reddy has over 13 years of experience in real estate investment and operations, entirely in the single-family rental and multifamily industries. Arjun joined Haven Realty Capital in 2010 and currently serves as a Sr. Vice President on the Acquisitions team. Arjun is responsible for acquisition and investment activity nationwide.

Prior to his current role, Arjun has been involved in all aspects of SFR and BTR acquisitions, renovation, management and disposition. In his prior role at Haven, Arjun helped build a national portfolio of rental assets in partnership with institutional investors, and oversaw the day-to-day operation and disposition of over 1,500 single-family rental homes nationally.

Arjun holds a BA in Exercise Science / Pre-Med from the University of Kansas.

Herman Chan joined Haven Realty Capital in 2021 as an associate to the acquisition team. His responsibilities include analyzing new investment opportunities, cash flow modeling, real estate underwriting, and due diligence in the single-family build-to-rent market and the multifamily market.

Prior to joining Haven, Herman started his real estate business in 2011 by acquiring and owning a portfolio of over 30 single-family properties in the Phoenix and Houston market. He is responsible for all aspects of the acquisitions and the day-to-day property management of the portfolio. He also has extensive transaction experience in the residential market, with over 70 transactions closed to date. He exited the portfolio in 2020 and joined Haven Realty Capital shortly after.

Herman holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Jared Pierce joined Haven Realty Capital in 2022 as an Acquisitions Analyst. He assists the acquisition team in evaluating new investment opportunities in the single-family build-to-rent space. He also supports the capital markets team in raising institutional capital. 

Prior to joining Haven Realty Capital, he began his career as an Analyst for AHV Communities, a BTR development company. Jared was responsible for analyzing new investments and underwriting ground-up development projects. 

Jared holds a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Bryan joined Haven Realty Capital in 2021 as a Senior Asset Manager and is responsible for the oversight and management of Haven’s portfolio of multifamily and build-to-rent investments.

Prior to joining Haven, Bryan was part of the Asset Management team at Watt Companies, a Santa Monica-based real estate company focused on investments in the multifamily and retail asset classes. At Watt Companies, Bryan managed a portfolio of multifamily assets with responsibilities including analysis of property operations and financials, oversight of third-party management firms, identification and execution of refinance opportunities, and evaluation of exit strategies. In addition to his asset management responsibilities, he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, financing and acquisition of more than $100 million in multifamily investments.

Before his time at Watt, Bryan was a Senior Financial Analyst within AECOM’s Corporate Real Estate division where he developed complex financial models supporting strategic and tactical real estate projects/transactions, reviewed lease structures, and evaluated capital financing alternatives. Additionally, he analyzed and provided guidance on the sale of owned real estate assets, as well as sale-leasebacks.

Bryan holds a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Meredith joined Haven in 2023 with more than 10 years of experience in marketing in the multifamily industry. As Director of Marketing, she oversees the marketing efforts across the portfolio of build-for-rent and single-family rental communities.

Prior to joining Haven, Meredith led strategic marketing efforts for a national portfolio of more than 3,000 multifamily units as Regional Marketing Manager for The Life Properties. She implemented several internal systems and processes that increased overall performance and occupancy. Before working with The Life Properties, she operated as a vendor partner, working with third party management companies and owner/managers alike as a brand consultant and photographer in the multifamily industry.

Meredith started her career by creating and executing marketing campaigns for a portfolio of value-add multifamily communities at The RADCO Companies and was instrumental in creating the branding and marketing department for Radco Residential, RADCO’s property management division.

Meredith holds a BA in Public Relations from The University of South Carolina.

Enrique joined Haven Realty Capital in 2022 with over 4 years of experience in multifamily real estate asset management. As part of Haven’s asset management team, Enrique is responsible for the oversight and management of Haven’s portfolio of multifamily and build-to-rent investments.

Prior to joining Haven, Enrique was a Senior Asset Manager at RHP Properties, a Michigan-based real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of mobile home communities. While at RHP Properties, Enrique managed a portfolio of over $1 billion in assets under management with responsibilities including asset performance analysis, strategic goal setting, and investor board meeting presentations. As a leading member of RHP’s asset management team, Enrique created systems for identifying and analyzing market trends, budget variances, and key performance indicators for over $6 billion in MHC assets, establishing the company’s standard operating procedures for their financial analysis and budget creation protocols.

Enrique holds a BA in Political Science from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

John Moore joined Haven Realty Capital in 2014 and has over 8 years of accounting experience. In his role in the accounting function, John oversees the financial statement reporting for all of Haven entities and funds.

John began his career as a Financial Statement Auditor in the Assurance practice of Deloitte & Touche in Southern California. John was responsible for supervising public and private company audits for many mid-size and large companies.

John holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of San Diego and an active license as a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Serge Artoonyan joined Haven Realty Capital in 2023 and has over 15 years of commercial and residential accounting experience. In his role as a Senior Accountant, Serge is responsible for property accounting, financial reporting analysis of third-party managed properties, and accounting for development projects.
Serge began his career as a Jr. Accountant with Singer, Traynor & Co., CPA’s LLP, as a tax preparer, and continued his career path as an Accountant at various commercial and residential real estate firms.

Serge holds a BS in Accountancy from the California State University Los Angeles.

Shawn Thornton joined Haven Realty Capital in 2021 and has over 20 years of accounting experience. Her industry experience includes construction, development, commercial, and residential real estate.

Shawn is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliation, and performing daily accounting processes.

Shawn holds a BS in Business Administration from California State Los Angeles and an active California real estate license.

Mike Robbe joined Haven Realty Capital in 2022 as Vice President of Land Development where he is responsible for all aspects of the entitlement and development process for Haven’s SFR and BTR projects.

Mike has 18 years of real estate acquisition, entitlement, and development experience across multiple asset classes including single-family, multifamily and mixed-use. Prior to joining Haven, Mike was the Senior Land Development Manager for the Nashville division of Meritage Homes where his responsibilities included oversite of the entire development process from pre-acquisition through project closeout. During his real estate career, Mike has worked on over 70 projects in 14 states encompassing more than 6,000 units.

Mike holds an MBA from Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University and a BS in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University.

Stephanie Curry joined Haven in 2023 with over 20 years of experience in multifamily, single family, and build-to-rent operations. As the Director of Property Management, she is responsible for the daily operations of the company portfolio by leading high-performance teams to achieve exceptional business outcomes.

Prior to joining Haven, Stephanie has held key leadership roles at American Homes 4 Rent, Zillow Offers, and Tiber Capital Group. Stephanie was most recently at Zillow Offers, where she led a team that renovated newly acquired homes for sale and acquisition. At American Homes 4 Rent (AMH), she oversaw the property management for their largest market of Atlanta.

Stephanie holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Georgia and is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson.

Stephanie joined Haven in 2023 with more than 18 years of experience in property management and leasing. As Director of Property Management, she oversees the property management efforts across the portfolio of build-to-rent and single-family rental communities.

Prior to joining Haven, Stephanie was most recently a Regional Vice President with RPM Living, where she managed five Regional Managers and oversaw the property management of a portfolio of roughly 5,000 units consisting of value-add, class A lease-up, high-rise, condo conversion, and single-family developments in the Atlanta, Macon, and Chattanooga areas.

An Atlanta native, Stephanie began her career in real estate management as a Leasing Consultant in 1994. She has a detail oriented, teaching driven and execution-focused approach to property management with proven results. She has logged success in both operations and asset management with several asset classes in the Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky markets.

Stephanie is a 2023 CPM Candidate and attended Kennesaw State University to study Accounting.

Chris Deffenbaugh joined Haven Realty Capital in 2022 with over seven years of residential and commercial property inspection experience. As a field inspector Chris is responsible for ensuring consistent high quality in Haven’s asset portfolio, as well as tracking the progress and accuracy of our projects. 

Prior to joining Haven, Chris worked for one of Tennessee’s top inspection firms which gave him exposure to multiple decades of building techniques and styles. After gaining experience, Chris moved into a head inspector position, responsible for training, protocol and uniformity of the product.

Chris began his career in the construction industry in the custom cabinetry and furniture business. The detail-oriented nature of high-quality mill work was a natural lead into the inspection industry. 

Chris holds a BS in business administration, production and operations management from The University of New Mexico.

Diana Segal joined Haven Realty Capital in 2013 with 12 years of experience in the construction field. Her previous experience includes construction lending, building, renovation, and small business management.

During her time at Haven, she has served in several capacities, most recently leading the fund administration for our latest fundraising project. In addition, she lends her strong organizational and solution-oriented support to our project managers, construction team and executives. 

Prior to raising a family, Diana was an Assistant Vice President of construction lending at Olympic National Bank.
